What are we looking for?

At Homegenie, we are focused on providing a world-class home maintenance services experience to our customers – through carefully selected partners. Interested service provider companies and their staff have to undergo a robust Partner Registration process (based on the following evaluation criteria) before they achieve the ‘HomeGenie Partner’ status.

  • Proven track-record of providing similar services.
  • Full authorization and valid license to work in your city.
  • Mandatory insurances – medical, third-party liability and workman compensation.
  • Excellent focus on quality, safety and value for money.
  • Verified communication skills and customer service culture.

Apart from the registration process, HomeGenie also utilizes an on-going performance review and customer feedback process to incentivize and retain the best performing partner companies and staff.
